Why is Shakespeare wicked for the slum children?

Shakespeare is called wicked and ‘the map’ is called a bad example as the slum children have no access to the educated world. The wonderful things of the world like the sun, love, and all the beautiful things tempt the slum children to steal them because they have never experienced the beautiful world and high values represented by the picture of Shakespeare and the map.
