What opinion do you form about Gonzalo’s commonwealth? Do you think that such a commonwealth can be established?

Gonzalo pictures a commonwealth the like of which can never be established on earth. This commonwealth is more of a dream paradise which can never exist on this planet. He is talking like this perhaps just to cheer up Alonso but it can be wondered if such foolish talk can afford any comfort to any sensible man.
