  1. Understanding the social structures and institutions that shape our lives, such as family, education, religion, and politics.
  2. Examining how individuals and groups interact and behave within these social structures.
  3. Investigating the factors that influence social change and how society adapts to these changes.
  4. Studying the distribution of power, wealth, and resources in society, and how it affects different social groups.
  5. Exploring the impact of culture on social behavior, including beliefs, values, and norms.
  6. Investigating the relationship between individuals and society, including how society influences individuals and how individuals shape society.
  7. Examining social problems and issues, such as inequality, poverty, crime, and discrimination.
  8. Developing theories and methods for understanding social phenomena and testing these theories through research.
