Discuss the main ideas of the Buddhist philosophy.
According to Buddhist philosophy the world is transient and is in a constant state of change. The world is completely soulless and there is nothing permanent in the world. The world is full of sorrow which is a part of everybody’s life. The root cause of the sorrow is the unlimited desire. One can rise above worldly troubles by adopting a mid path between severe penance and self-indulgence. The earliest Buddhist literature did not believe in the existence of God.
