What is Nationality?

Nationality is a group of people, sharing common cultural background and racial characteristics, who desire to live together as a community. It is a shared psychological sentiment among the people with common features. Nation is a political organisation, whereas nationality does not refer to any political unity. However, the goal of a nationality is to established a nation. It can exist even under a foreign rule. e.g. Indian nationality existed under British Rule. Jewish Nationality, was spread all over the world even before formation of Isrl. Nationality becomes a nation when it acquires sovereignty.
