What impression would you form of a state where the King was ‘just and placid’?

Some states have ‘just and placid’ Kings. The poem narrates a tale where a melon occupied the throne of a state. People enjoy peace and liberty in such a rule. However, the events leading to the hanging of the ‘so-called’ just and placid King are quite amusing otherwise, the principle of noninterference is well established there.
